Innovation is a kind of spirit, innovation is the soul of a nation, is an inexhaustible driving force for national prosperity。In teaching, we must firmly establish the concept of student-centered education, the concept of educational quality focusing on the development of students' ability, and the educational values aiming at perfecting students' personality。Teachers should fully respect the individual differences of students, regard students as developing people, developable people, everyone has the potential to create;Teaching should be full of innovative vitality, in order to create an efficient classroom。
In October 2023, four teachers from the Engineering Cost Teaching and Research Department, Li Fuqing, Gao Weihua, Chen Pengfei and Mu Suxiang, carried out innovative teaching method reform。Through the regular activities of the teaching and research office, the four teachers mainly adopted the teaching methods such as task-driven, case introduction, group discussion and role change。In combination with the characteristics of architecture, the teaching content is refined accurately, and small classroom teaching tasks are formulated and real cases are introduced through online resource learning.Students are encouraged to discuss in groups, students' learning enthusiasm is improved, the learning atmosphere is strong, and students' independent learning ability is also improved accordingly。In order to further improve the quality of teaching, teachers are encouraged to communicate and learn more, discuss new teaching methods with each other, and innovate teaching content, so as to cultivate high-quality students。
